The technician, Mateo, had excellent communication before and after the service. Very professional.

He checked in when he arrived and when he was ready to enter the back yard since we have dogs, he double checked to make sure it was ok.

I was not able to talk with the technician, but am satisfied he did what I requested including spraying some weeds along the driveway in addition to the scheduled service. I appreciate the extra effort.
